Option to Show Queries by default in prod

Feature Description

Sometimes you want to show queries by default, if your target audience is a SQL developer. Queries are currently hidden by default in prod

Goal of Feature

A viewer sees the SQL query viewers when they land.

Current Solution / Workarounds

Tell user to click ... and then Show Queries

Alternatives / Ideas

• A url param you suffix to the page: acme.evidence.app/my-page?showQueries=true
• A frontmatter config option per page
• A project level option

or

• A more obvious show queries button, but still no queries by default
