Manifest Did not Update

• After running npm run sources (which showed all the tables were loaded in as expected in the terminal output) I was still not seeing my bigquery tables correctly loaded into my Evidence Project:

• After further investigation I found that the manifest.json file did not load in my parquet files, after manually adding them into manifest.json, the tables showed up correctly

Not sure of the exact steps to reproduce: Project was fine at one point, after closing and opening vscode and running sources error seemed to start.
