Way to create a "graph view" of linked topics?

Hi all! I'm creating a book which has a lot of cross-linked pages. I'd love to have a sort of graph view (or web view) like the one I've seen in Obsidian. This would help users navigate the pages and graphically see which topics are linked.

Does something like this exist already? Optimally, it'd be interactive, but maybe a still-image works as well. I could myself coding something that crawls the pages and creates this, but I'm definitely not a pro and it would take some time and effort.
