  1. added gCMCRT.py and edited files to enable the MCRT module in VULCAN. use_gCMCRT in vulcan_cfg.py can be changed to False when pushed to the master branch.

Some other files were changed automatically by VULCAN due to running the default HD 189 model on my machine (fastchem abundances + chem_func etc etc) as normal, however, these can be reverted back to the originals if needed.

  1. Added PHO photochemistry data from paper.
