Since Magento 2.4.4 release, you can use PHP8.1.
But the module doesn't support it.

As an example, Experius\Postcode\Block\System\Config\Form\Field\ReadOnly class name isn't allowed

Any info if this will be fixed soon?

I see a PR has already been made to fix this.

I believe this open Github issue is already outdated? As 1.10.0 already states release message "PHP 8.1 compatibility"
