Install "Flipper-server.tgz"

Hi everyone!!
How can I install "Flipper-server.tgz" on windows 11?

I need a guide because the site documentation is not complete and does not mention its installation. ;((

@flipper When you attempt to download the Windows version(https://www.facebook.com/fbflipper/public/other), it will be downloaded as a Linux version for the server. It's been a while since the issue occurred, but the windows download link hasn't been fixed yet.
