Time selection doesn't automatically popup when clicking on field

Look for any place in the app where there are date and time field selectors

(As of this writing, the above was navigated to when logged in as an organizer -- the 7777777777 phone number will do that -- visiting http://localhost:3000/dashboard/missions?view=inPlanning and then clicking "View Mission Details," followed by "Edit") and click on the date field. Note that the date selection pops up immediately. However, if you click on the time field, the same is not true. Upon clicking on the time field, the behavior should mirror the date field (you should see the below ...)

Do we want to let them type it though? I don't know how friendly dragging is on mobile, but I'd imagine that both options would be nice.

But I do think it's an issue that when you click the calendar for the date it doesn't do anything.
