Add 'Export' button for creating downloadable BDBags #1

Currently, a user can do a search, narrow down results, and create a Minid-tracked BDBag of all the associated files.

The 'Export' button will allow users to create stand-alone BDBags without Minids, that are downloaded on creation to the user's workstation.
