Contacts

The contacts model contains all the contact information for a person that the business connects with. Users can store the contacts name, phone number, email address, street address, as well as additional information such as title, alternate phone number, etc. Contacts can have a user name assigned to them, as well as be associated with a user account.

Contact can also store web presence information, such as Facebook, Twitter, and linkedIn.

Users can also provide user access permissions to the contact, to determine who can see and access the contact.

Notes can be attached to each contact once created, and if the email drop box is enabled, emails can be forwarded from this contact to the CRM for documentation.

To the left of the contacts model is a search bar, for finding specific contacts.
