Display @hand in ge:rewrite tooltip

Right now, the tooltip gives information about the basic layer plus "Fixierung".

Test case:

• http://dev.faustedition.net/documentViewer?faustUri=faust://xml/document/test/test.xml&page=19&view=facsimile_document.

The information about scribe and writing medium of the secondary retracing layer (Fixierung) is not displayed. Would it be feasible to display it, too?

This used to work, I'll take a look whether it is just an issue with the web app not displaying the complete tooltip.
