Beta Rocknix release to test Mono and Power savings

Standby Idle power drain and mono speaker beta testing! Make sure you know which chipset you are using and download the correct one. Please @ me if you encountered any serious issue related to battery drain or mono speaker operations. I've already tested these updates with my own devices, I just wanted a bit wider testing before I push my updates for the next official Rocknix release. Thanks!
