because koji is slow when downloading all packages and doing local repository, it was replaced by static link to:
https://github.com/fedora-modularity/meta-test-family/blob/devel/moduleframework/common.py#L77

URLBASECOMPOSE = "https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/latest-Fedora-Modular-26/compose/Server"

Please replace it with something more dynamic (and depending on actual state) (F26,27,rawhide)
