A tool to convert AWS Lambda code to Spin specific code

While everyone's code style is different, it would help those who are transitioning from AWS Lambda to Spin to be able to have something that converts things like http requests, database calls, etc and removes Lambda specific code. JS and Rust would be good candidates for this.

Perhaps some kind of specifically trained LLM might work better than just a script.
