Broken Ways:

  1. Anytime you are in either the Backlog view or at the Sprint board view (Backlog or Taskboard tab) and you use the ellipse, it will only create some of the 1 click links and not the others. In my scenario, I have 8 tasks under my one click links. It creates the first two alphabetical ones, and then creates the 3rd one but unparents it, while not creating the other 5.
    1 click taskboard

  2. If you were to get the link of a story and you clicked the one click link from the ellipse in the top right corner, you would get an error message. It wouldn’t matter if the story was in the backlog or in your current sprint, it would always give you this error.

1 click links from story

Current work around:
If you go into the backlog or sprint view (doesn’t have to be associated with a sprint) and click on the item with your backlog or sprint board in the backlog and you use the ellipse in the right hand corner and click the One Click link button from there. You’ll have to wait around 15 seconds for it to start populating your child tasks. All in all it takes about 25-30 seconds per story to have all 8 of my tasks show up

One click work around

Notes: This is an issue for my teams under my project, but also the same issue for other teams under different projects under this org
