This is the v11 actors release for Filecoin network versions nv19 Lightning and nv20 Thunder. This version of actors is expected to greatly reduce chain validation times by reducing the amount of work done in the Storage Market actor's cron functionality. It also introduces support for the new and more secure v1_1 WindowPoSt proof types.
