Description

This issue describes a FINOS Updates Opt-In for FINOS marketing and further communications.

Email field to be added under the Name field

  1. Add an Email field to the OSMM opening page under the Name field using the same style as the Name panel below.

The text is used to invite participants to opt into FINOS updates. This text was taken from the FINOS State of Open Source in Financial Services Survey here - https://www.finos.org/state-of-open-source-in-financial-services-2021

  1. Add individual Yes, subscribe to FINOS Updates and No, don't subscribe to FINOS Updates radio buttons to the Subscribe to FINOS Updates panel so the user can select their option.

Note : The email and opt-in result should be stored in the LimeSurvey database to be picked up by the FINOS team after the survey has been submitted.

Hi @mcleo-d , As I see, there is no out of box feature on limesurvey to achieve this, and this would require bit more exploration for work around or may be scripting. can we defer it?

Hi @padmalava - I'm happy to prioritise this until after 8th December if there is additional complexity or risk that could affect OSMM going live. I hope this works?
