Description

Splitting from #6635

  • Rewrite filters in svelte, port to stores
    • Look at a store to hold: primary ref, filters and a derived selection options
  • Possible places this will surface as a filter or similar
    • App measurable rating tree - not needed (stars suffice)
    • Measurable page
    • Report Grid col option (only show primary function)
    • Bank on a Page
    • New top level widget on app page which shows primary measurables for an app (perhaps allow users to select a
