这个地址是一个ssdp的返回地址，装机的时候向局域网广播，然后rackshift服务器返回本身的地址给需要装机的机器，然后装机的机器通过这个地址下载对应的装机脚本和文件，检查下局域网里面是否有提供这个ssdp服务的干扰服务
