将一些通用的raid工具带入系统

请描述你建议的实现方案
1、比如，storcli64 或则megacli基本上是支持所有3108卡以上型号raid卡配置的，完全可以做出通用方案
2、在硬盘识别方面，应能希望可以做制定硬盘安装系统功能，这样可以有效避免装错位置的情况出现
