There is some errors when i run the sgm

When i run the project, there's some error, as follow:

Unable to start program
sgm.lib Not a valid Win32 application

My environment is Win10, cuda10.1, cmake3.17.0, VS2019

啊 不好意思， 不太会玩github 清除从哪看评论，不好意思哈。

ALL_BUILD时，我Debug 和Release 模式都尝试了，结果还是这个错误。 对了，作者好像没有配置x86的属性，也就只能选择x64了，不知道为什么会出现Win32 这个错误。
