Creates a new gradle task that creates a commit when a deploy task is run, when the current git branch name starts with "event". Allows for the code running on the robot for each match to be documented in Git, so we can use AdvantageKit replay with the exact code that was running. Might clutter up event branches, but we really should squash merge those.
