The PR shuffles the build targets around and adds a new
./build.sh publishtarget for a barecupd.The target publishes a multi-platform image to GHCR containing just
cupd.Cup with flipt is still published to
cup/flipt:latestas part of the action.I also did a little refactoring to make this possible and DRY up some of the shared code between this processes.
