The DAV account of NutStore is the user's registered mailbox. It will be reported to 404 with FLOCCUS. Is there any solution?

I use this DAV sync for many things, but only Floccus gets a 404 response

You first need to make sure you have an app password and then make sure you are syncing the xbel file to a sub directory of https://dav.jianguoyun.com/dav/ -- for some reason no files can be stored in the root directory in nutstore.
