If you're on android, be sure to turn on sound recording on your recording app setting. Do note that that you need android 10 if you want to record internal sound only. If you're on android 9 and below, you need to turn record your mic voice too

It seems to only work for my friend but not me
I'm on Android 11, it may be with how Opsu outputs it's audio, because I also noticed communication apps don't record calls as well
