How to configure parser to deal with a Unix timestamp in millisecond?

Hi team,
In Golang, we would get the time from nanos := timeNow().UnixNano(), and we transfer it into millisecond by
millis := float64(nanos) / float64(time.Millisecond). So in the output logging, the time key and value would be like {"ts":1681249953179.353,...

My question is, how could I configure parser in Time_Format field (Time_Key is ts)?
