It is known and observed that package names may change across platforms hence it is ideal to maintain a mapping of sorts for common package names across platforms

This would require to account for version tags as well as even those may change across package managers.

@Party98 , @gabru-md created a map Now we need to solve the problem of maintaining the map by fetching packages name and mapping them
