Wifi ELM adapters

In Order to use AnrdOBD with Wifi based ELM OBD adapters please select following in your AndrOBD settings:

Settings -> OBD settings:

• Adapter type: NETWORK
• ELM IP address: IP address of your ELM adaptor
• ELM IP port: pre-set IP port of your ELM adaptor

The ELM IP parameters are usually listed in the documentation of your ELM adapter.

Connect your device to the ELM Wifi network. Start AndrOBD

Auto hiding toolbar

For better usage of display space, the toolbar may be set to automatically hide after a configurable time without display touch events.

To activate this feature please select following in your AndrOBD settings:

Settings -> Common settings:

• Hide toolbar: ON
• Hide toolbar [s]: Number of seconds w/o activity to wait before toolbar gets hidden.
