Similar to issue 1, we could identify all mentions of Acts of Parliament and link to them on legislation.gov.uk.

Tricky enhancement: if "clause X" is mentioned in the same sentence or nearby, link to the correct clause, not just the whole Act.

I'm keen. Is there a list of Acts of Parliament anywhere? If not, is there anywhere I could scrape one from? :-)

I've just committed a new file legislation.py which pulls info from legislation.gov.uk's Atom feed and populates a 'legislation' table in the database.
