Not sure exactly why this happens, but might be the result of the crawler's logic given that we have the court name, not the case name, as the page's main <h1>.
Will have to see if the situation improves upon solving gh#39 (the title thing) as well as gh#21 (sitemap.xml).

Update: The example Francis gave on list is fixed, but all the cases I checked from the UK First Tier Tribunal only link to the index page for that court.
Will have to see if there's something we can do with the case name link markup on index pages to either say "this text isn't important", or more preferably, "this page over HERE that I'm linking to is more important".
