Add new laptop screen palettes.

These are emulations of:
* The IBM PC Convertible
* Tandy 1100FD
* The orange gas plasma displays found on some older Compaq and Toshiba
  laptops, along with the IBM PS/2 P70

As part of this, I'm also renaming the existing LCD palettes to better
distinguish between the different LCD types.
