Home Assistant ISO: automated install that is useful on new machines that have no data yet. It will install an officially supported Home Assistant Supervisor.
Custom ISO: a regular Debian installer with no pre-seeded questions. Additionally, it will install Home Assistant. Useful, if you know how to install Linux and you have a custom setup with multiple disks or if you want to run SSH server with the installation.
