Work on group cues

This PR will address Issue #97 adding cues to group cues.

Done:

• adjust async server to handle new cue ID's
• Create a dictionary of human readable group ID's to QLab ID's
• Use "move" command to move cues into groups with specified Group ID if the cue row has that data

TODO:

• document changes and feature
• adjust functions and logic as necessary
• Fix bug where second cue in list is sometimes not placed in the group
• tests for threading server responses.
