Note that there have been a few behavioural changes in this release:

• The paginatedSnap option has been renamed to singlePageScrolls for clarity, and the behaviour improved. Use of the old option has been deprecated but will be automatically mapped for a few versions.
• Events now bubble instead of capturing, allowing nicer nested scroll behaviour or handlers within the scroller.
