i18n is not redirecting correctly after deployment.

I tried to test this locally and found that I can't start the whole next in a compiled state locally.

Not sure if this is a problem with nextjs 15 or not

Do you sure zeabur supports Next.js middleware?

Also you probably executed next start in the wrong directory locally, if .next folder exists and is correct, running next start in the project directory should works. But it's more likely a Next.js problem than Fumadocs.
