Vim-driven set up, the goal is to use the mouse as less as possible, based on vim, fzf, ripgrep usage.

Fonts

Dealing with fonts is painfull, this helped me:

Note: it should be Noto Sans Mono, not Noto Mono.

Some useful commands for debugging:

fc-list | grep "Noto Mono"
fc-match monospace
fc-match serif
fc-match sans-serif

# To update config
fc-cache

Configuration cat /etc/fonts/local.conf:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE fontconfig SYSTEM "fonts.dtd">
<fontconfig>
   <match>
      <edit mode="prepend" name="family">
         <string>Noto Sans</string>
      </edit>
   </match>
   <match target="pattern">
      <test qual="any" name="family">
         <string>serif</string>
      </test>
      <edit name="family" mode="assign" binding="same">
         <string>Noto Serif</string>
      </edit>
   </match>
   <match target="pattern">
      <test qual="any" name="family">
         <string>sans-serif</string>
      </test>
      <edit name="family" mode="assign" binding="same">
         <string>Noto Sans</string>

   </match>
   <match target="pattern">
      <test qual="any" name="family">
         <string>monospace</string>
      </test>
      <edit name="family" mode="assign" binding="same">
         <string>Noto Sans Mono</string>
