- allow for forks and branches - tar extracts into `"galaxy-" + branch`, hence we need to add `--strip-components 1`
by adding depth parameter

Had CI tests that failed due to full disk and noticed that the temporary Galaxy dir has ~1GB.
.planemomight be a good idea: 135cef8--no_cache_galaxywhich might be even better for CI jobs, but noticed that it does not support forks and branches of the galaxy sources: b08209e .. also it did not work anymore as shown here Use--no_cache_galaxyforplanemo testplanemo-ci-action#50:/bin/sh: 1: ./scripts/common_startup.sh: not found
