Changes

Enhance homepage's code, according to #458.

  • Use Tailwind as the main way for CSS
  • Upgrade Tailwind to use customised rule for dark theme
  • Fix the grid background color(light theme) in perks section
  • Refactor sections' structure
  • Update colors & animations
  • Convert image to Webp
  • Add getUrlWithUtmParameters function for adding utm params for urls
  • Use Docusaurus icon in footer
  • Add description for homepage
  • Change primary color(#309976) for light theme only
