Now that we have our epics, and at least a general idea of the bare minimum number/type of stories within them, I think it's important for us to take a hard look at the quantity of work we've created for ourselves.
There are roughly 40 work-required stories right now (give or take 5).
If each of those stories took 2 days (cumulative, after breaking down into smaller tasks), we're looking at about 80 working days for just development (or ~720 hours);
Between the 6 of us, that would be 16 working days a piece (or ~120 hours);
I do not envision putting more than 3 to 4 hours of development work toward this course each day, and even then I would say probably every-other-day is more realistic. This means 30 real days of work per person, spread across 3 days a week = 10 weeks of work
We've got about 8-10 weeks of actual time, so let's keep this in mind as we're adding or prioritizing
