This PR addresses #17

For El Salvador 2001 Subduction and San Vicente events, the following changes were incorporated:

  • Add stations from MARN (filtered information, more updated and in agreement with the gov. source)
  • Modify the stationlist.csv accordingly
  • Update site model with a uniform 2km grid
  • Include gmmLT from MARN
  • Fix USGS gmmlt
  • Includemaximum_distance_stations in the job file (50km for San Vicente and 120km for Subduction)
  • Update sensitivity analysis and gmfs plots

Update input files for SanVicente:

- Fix station data (the unique file was wrong). Now only MARN reference data is used.
- Include MARN reference information (stations and GMPEs)
- Update site model to have finer grid
- Update job files for sensitivity analysis
