Segmentation fault in preprocess gaf command

preprocess gaf command fails with segmentation fault for the GAF file version 2.1.

GAFs version 2.0 work as expected.

I am trying to determine priority. Can we live with GAF 2.0 for a while?

Yes, I have used older GAF files for now.

How important is the new format? When do we need to switch?

The issue is not critical for now (older annotations work just fine). It will become more important when new species will need to be supported (or there will be a desire to keep the existing species annotations more up-do-date).
