fixing testsuite and enhanced documentation for testing

  • Testsuite was broken. If you run tests on a new clean env, the tests will fail.
  • Dockerfile was broken as well.
  • There was also no hint about the elasticsearch dependency.

Changes look fine, but the elasticsearch related tests seem to fail. Could you take a look?
