The PyPI warehouse app won't boot with appmap installed. This causes any test that uses the database to fail.

To reproduce, try to run the tests on this branch: https://github.com/apotterri/warehouse/tree/1bdfb01350e5ba03975ea90d7c01012c7bbd3734
