basic_asmx_web_service

It's an ASP.NET asmx web service skeleton - slightly modified (example for some people who asked for it). Basically there's almost nothing to do:

create an empty c# ASP.NET Empty Web Application project.
add a Web Service (Web item type). => you got a skeleton ready.
