Unable to load svndump.txt in SVN

Hello ,
I was able to create svndump.txt file ,but when I try to load in SVN using
cat snvdump.txt | svnadmin load SVN URL

$ cat svndump.tx | svnadmin load "C:/Repositories/CC_SVN"
cat: svndump.tx: No such file or directory
svnadmin: E200003: Premature end of content data in dumpstream

Could you please help in resolving this issue.

Do we need to have both SVN and ClearCase on same unix machine ?
We have ClearCase on Unix and SVN on Windows.
Please assist. Thanks.

Sorry, this repo is pretty old and I don't have the resources to test any problem on it.
