This sounds wrong:

  The target `Nativeative' is experimental and must be passed via
  LLVM_EXPERIMENTAL_TARGETS_TO_BUILD.

It keeps getting stuck there.

This fixes git-for-windows/git#4736

Will update to fix git-for-windows/git#4747
but I need to figure out why the build-and-deploy.yml fails.
