Listen port customization instead of 3000

—port=4000 appears to work. Is there any option to specify the bind address as well? I’ve tried —host and —address with no luck. Need to bind to 127.0.0.1 so that I can wrap it in something for auth, or access via ssh port forwarding…

--host should work, could you try latest version?

Good news: Seems to work:

$ openvscode-server-v1.61.0-linux-x64/server.sh --port 52929 --host 0.0.0.0
[main 2021-10-09T13:48:35.200Z] Web UI available at http://localhost:52929

Bad news: Can't bind back to 0.0.0.0 explicitly or by default (though IMHO localhost should be default with 0.0.0.0 all incoming):

$ openvscode-server-v1.61.0-linux-x64/server.sh --port 52929 --host 0.0.0.0
