Unable to pull updates to repository from UI

The best option here is probably to work with GitHub hooks (https://docs.github.com/en/developers/webhooks-and-events/webhooks/creating-webhooks) and just use the push hook. That's probably longer term, for now, we need a button to pull and some sort of visual in the API to show the time of the last commit in the branch and maybe the commit ID,
