The ISCindex R package provides a function to calculate an intestinal stem cell index describing stem cell phenotype along a continuum from a more conventional Crypt Base Columnar stem cell (CBC) to a Regenerative Stem Cell (RSC) phenotype.
This update addresses issues arising from changes in the API of the gsva function from the GSVA package in the Bioconductor 3.18 release. The updated package produces identical results to the previous version when using the latest version of GSVA from Bioconductor.
