Build a WAL at bond-level

Build a WAL at bond-level such that any write operation for data rows can be easily written to a WAL and then replicated to other services. We can skip indexes in the WAL, as if we have an async index process, then indexes will be written as the WAL is replayed. Check if pebble build-in WAL can be used in any way.
