Add a license section to the report.
The sections are stored into a distinct file editable by the user.

Ideas / later issues:

extract license from embedded pom.xml
extract license from embedded JAR (LICENSE and NOTICE files)
extract license from remote repository: mvnrepository, artifactor, etc.
order the license sources by chech preferences
add check "verified", set by the user, to avoid unnecessary new automated checks.
support of several licenses for the same artifact
generate a report with only licenses.
